Foresight Safety is committed to providing a high-quality service to its clients. In order to do so clients are encouraged to give feedback in regards to the services Foresight Safety offer. Feedback can be given in the following ways;

Foresight Safety will treat all complaints as an expression of dissatisfaction with the provided service which calls for a response.

Foresight Safety regards a complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not. Foresight Safety timescale for handling a complaint

  • Complaint acknowledgement within 5 working days
  • Full response within 20 working days

Foresight Safety will aim to resolve all complaints within the timescale above; however, if a complaint is very complex it may occasionally be necessary to extend the time limit. If this is the case, we will keep the complainant informed of progress with the investigation, the reasons for the delay, and the new deadline.
